Cataloging Details:
Each collection description tells of the collections content, plus pertinent information on, format, access, cataloging, and filming credits. Inquire about electronic MARC records availability.
Invoices:
Invoices are sent independently from your order to the billing address specified. You will be invoiced only for those items that have already been shipped except in the case of subscription products. Status will be indicated for items not shipped. Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available and are invoiced separately. Please allow six to eight weeks for shipment of your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please contact your Customer Service Representative before returning any material you receive either in error or in a damaged condition. You will receive either a replacement or a full credit if you notify us within three months of product delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange material for any reason other than error by UMI, please notify your Customer Services Representative within 90 days of receipt of your order. Do not return any material until you have received authorization and instructions. Because your order is custom-produced, we reserve the right to assess a service charge of 20% of the invoiced value on returned product.
Roll film and microfiche replacements are available for lost film. Call your Representative for details.
